Workshops

Workshops at Camp Hebron are a great addition to any retreat or as a stand-alone experience. Workshops last between one and three hours and are led by our highly trained staff. Choose the workshop that best fits your group’s specific needs and goals . Grow in your personal skills and enter into deeper relationships with your group. Workshops are best designed for adult groups, but can accommodate ages 13 and older.

  • Trust workshops are designed to create space for your group to practice both physical trust and emotional trust and have a mix of activities and teaching which allows you to engage more fully with the workshop content.

  • Speed dating is a workshop designed for groups that have been together for a while. As the name suggests, participants rotate through short but meaningful conversations with each other, both giving and receiving feedback. The specific things that are shared are dependent on your goals for the time.

  • The decision making workshop is a three hour experience designed to educate participants about different decision making approaches, then put each approach into practice through the completion of a group scenario. This workshop is ideal for groups who would like to hone their decison making skills as a group and as individuals.

  • Have you ever led a meeting only to realize that it wasn’t reaching your audience? How about planning an experience that was too difficult for your group to accomplish? In adaptive facilitations we unpack these concepts using play to learn to design engaging, flexible experiences for any group. Come ready to learn and play.

  • In the reconciliation workshop we explore why we should seek to be restored to right relationship with our neighbors. Then we dive into appropriate ways of addressing conflict. Finally we end with some practice scenarios to get used to working through conflict in a healthy way.
