Fall Day Camp is an educational day camp for students in grades 1-8.
Each day, students will complete their own digital educational programs. Students will bring their own supplies and work in focused environments.
Please be aware that our Fall Day Camp is a program best suited for students who are able to mostly work independently. Staff members will be present to supervise and to help your child with technological needs and some academic questions.
Our goal is to provide students with a safe, focused space to complete their academic work, while balancing their time with a well-rounded, fun and social experience at Camp. Students may also enjoy physical education, music, art, and Bible classes as their schedules allow.
What’s Included?
Online, academic supervision for students from 8:00AM-4:00PM. Staff members will be available to provide some academic support and assistance.
Wi-fi Access for student to complete their academic assignments.
A socially distant learning environment.
Organized games, activities and recreation during break times.
Lunch is provided each day.
Fall Day Camp Schedules
Session Schedules
Students will be able to register for 1, 2 or all 3 of our Fall Day Camp sessions. Sessions are 4 weeks long and will follow the Halifax Area School District calendar regarding holidays, in-service days and weather delays or cancellations.
Session #1: Tuesday, Sept. 8th- Friday, Oct. 2nd
Session #2: Monday, Oct. 5th- Friday, Oct. 30th
Session #3: Monday, Nov. 2nd- Friday, Nov. 27th
Daily Schedule
7:00 AM-8:00 AM: Pre-Care (Optional: Additional Cost)
8:00 AM-4:00 PM: Educational Time:
Students will follow their provided classroom schedules and break times. Breaks may be used as structured lesson or activity times provided by Camp staff or as free-time as students’ schedules allow.
4:00 PM-5:30 PM: Post-Care (Optional: Additional Cost)
Post-Care activities may include organized games, gym time, Camp activities like archery or the climbing wall, music or art options, etc.

Lunch & Snacks
Students have 2 options for lunches. Students are welcome to bring packed lunches or camp will provide lunch for students each day. (Lunch is included in the registration fee.) Please, list any food allergies or special dietary needs on your students Medical Form. We are able to accommodate most needs.
Students may also bring a snack for a mid-morning and/or mid-afternoon break. We’d highly encourage students who are staying for Post-Care to bring a snack.

Register each child for Fall Day Camp. You may register for as many sessions as needed. Secure your spot with a $50 deposit.
You’ll receive an email with Fall Day Camp information and a Doodle poll link. Please, mark each day your child is intending to come to Fall Day Camp. This is essential for our staff!
