Speaker: Micah Hasty
Rev. Dr. Micah Hasty has served in full-time ministry for nearly two decades, with experience as a student pastor, associate pastor, and currently as the Worship Pastor at The North Canton Chapel in North Canton, Ohio.
He is an ordained minister and holds an MAR, M.Div., Th.M., and Doctor of Ministry degrees. His doctoral research focused on equipping households to integrate worship practices and spiritual disciplines into the rhythms of everyday life.
Micah is a passionate communicator with a heart for worship, discipleship, and spiritual formation. Whether speaking at church events, conferences, or retreats, he brings a deep love for Scripture, practical insights, and relatable storytelling to encourage others in their walk with Jesus.
Outside of ministry, Micah enjoys studying theology, sipping iced espresso, and sitting by a good campfire. He and his wife, Kristin, have been married since 2007.
Kristin is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Liberty University Online and the Superintendent of the Hasty Homeschool Academy where she teaches their three daughters: Rylee (14), Rayna (12), and Autumn (9).
Some of their favorite family activities include: movie nights, trips to Cedar Point, and trying new recipes. This is the Hasty family’s sixth summer at Camp Hebron!
