WWW: A New Camp for Teen Girls

What is your 8th - 12th grader doing this summer? Introducing Women of Wilderness & Worship! WWW will give teenage girls a chance to embark on a new adventure June 26th - July 1st.

The purpose of Women of Wilderness & Worship is to guide girls in conversations and activities that help them appreciate and value being female, and how the Lord has made each one of us unique and beautiful. Participating young women will enjoy the great outdoors while disconnecting from electronics and the busyness of everyday life.

Kids need camp. Today, like never before, teens and pre-teens are under tremendous pressure. Self-doubt, peer pressure, substance abuse, self injury and a myriad of harmful voices nag at kids every day. Even kids who have a strong support structure face obstacles. Camp provides opportunities for students to pull away and get a breather – to catch a vision for the bigger picture of their lives. Kids need … the Power of Camp.

During this fun-filled week, teens will experience primitive camping with an overnight backpacking hike and cooking over a fire. Participants will learn or enhance whittling, canoeing & archery skills, and form new friendships through shared experiences and conversations running deep into the night.

Looking for an equivalent camp for the teenage guys in your life? Bacon, Bibles & Bros is a week for young men to come and experience what it really means to be a man after God’s heart. This male-only camp will focus on learning outdoor survival skills and implementing them on a campout trip with the guys.

Specialty campers won't miss out on traditional camp activities like swimming, field games, water games at the lake, crafts, climbing wall and more.
