Michelle & Troy Landis
Troy & Michelle Landis and their three children - Hudson (5), Tessa (3) and Jordan (2) reside in Millersville. Troy and Michelle serve as co-pastors at Living Light Mennonite Church, in Washington Boro, and Troy directs the Intensive English Language Program at Immerse International.
When not serving in her pastoral role, Michelle keeps quite busy as a stay-at-home mother. She holds a masters degree in counseling, has experience as a counselor, and also served under Eastern Mennonite Missions (EMM) in Thailand. Troy served for seven years at EMM as their Discipleship Coach. He loved encouraging people in discipleship, missional living, and developing EMM’s training ministries. Prior to that role, he served for six years under EMM in Indonesia teaching English in a variety of capacities, building relationships, and discipling others in their walks with Christ. Troy holds a masters degree in Education, as well as an undergraduate degree in anthropology.
Together, Troy and Michelle are passionate about loving people; coming alongside them and sharing life with them; encouraging them to know more of God’s love. They enjoy teaching and coaching others while they also approach life as continual learners. They are a Spirit-led couple, eager to see God continue to shape them and others in His glorious ways.
