To Remove a Photo From the Web
Upon signing the registration form to attend camp, permission has been granted to camp to use photos and video images of the participant for posting on the web and for publicity purposes. If you do not agree to this, you must make your request known in writing at the time of registration and our photographers will be asked to avoid including that particular person in the photos. If a photo appears on the web site that you would prefer not be used, you may email the webmaster and asked to have it removed. While we will try to respond immediately, please allow up to two business days for this to be completed. Don't forget to include the following information.
- Please type: "Remove Photo" in subject line
- Your name or your child's name
- A phone number or email address so we can contact you if we have questions
- The name and date of the camp program attended (example: Jr High Retreat, Sr High Retreat, Creation Celebration, etc.)
- Description of the specific photo(s) you wish to have removed and specific description of you or your child(ren) in those photos (example: Johnny is wearing a blue coat, holding the frizbee and is located on the right rear of photograph)
Please note that we will need 2 full business days to complete this task. We will not be able to remove the photo if we do not have all this information. Send email to remove photo.
