Each person serving on the Camp Hebron staff has sensed a call to serve the Lord through camping and retreat ministry. Each position plays an integral role in the fulfillment of our mission. Camp Hebron is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our campers and our guests. To that end, all staff willingly submit to official background checks.

Year Round Staff

“I can’t believe I get paid to do this!” exclaimed one of the staff. It is indeed a privilege to be able to serve the Lord for one’s livelihood.

Camp Hebron provides a wonderful opportunity to serve the Lord as His hands and feet in serving the many campers and guests who visit this sanctuary.  Camp Hebron hires about 18 full time, 15 part-time and 65 summer staff workers.

Full time workers at camp will receive a wage with benefits. The benefits include paid time off, medical insurance; meals while working and retirement after 3 years. There is also the possibility of on-camp housing as it is available.

In addition to the paid roles, camp is a great place to volunteer. There are opportunities in the kitchen, housekeeping, gift shop, maintenance and program. Contact Karen to receive more information or to alert her to your interest.

Full Time Maintenance Technician: HVAC/Mechanical – Camp is seeking an individual to join our Maintenance staff. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for planned/preventative maintnance and repair of Building Mechanicals, Commercial Kitchens, Refrigeration and Vehicles. In addition to these primary responsibilities, the Maintenance Technician will be asked to assist other Maintenance Personel as needed to keep Camp Hebron running at optimum performance. Part Time Housekeepers – Camp is seeking hard working, motivated individuals to join our Housekeeping staff. The part time Housekeeper is responsible for assisting in general housekeeping duties including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and other duties as assigned. We are in need of housekeepers with flexible hours, able to work weekdays and weekends as needed. Marketing – Camp is seeking an individual to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of organization and self motivation. They will also need to be able to follow a marketing schedule, engage others in the process and design and produce quality promotional materials. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite as well as knowledge of Mac Computer systems and issues, including networking with PC's will be important. This is a full time position with benefits. Summer Staff

The summer staff opportunity is a great service opportunity.  Staff become part of a ministry team and receive leadership training that will serve them well throughout their lifetime.  Summer workers receive a weekly stipend and room and board.
