Each person serving on the Camp Hebron staff has sensed a call to serve the Lord through camping and retreat ministry. Each position plays an integral role in the fulfillment of our mission. Camp Hebron is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our campers and our guests. To that end, all staff willingly submit to official background checks.

Employment Opportunities

Camp is seeking individuals to join our ministry team. All staff should have a solid commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and desire to be a part of a ministry team. Current openings for year-round ministry include:

• Head Cook: Leads food service team in preparation, serving and clean up for meals. Requires knowledge of food preparation for groups of 15-200. Excellent communication skills are essential. Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Kitchen Assistant: Assists Head Cook with preparation, serving and clean up of meals. Part-time positions available. Opportunities available to train as Head Cook.

• Housekeeper: Camp is seeking several part-time housekeepers to assist with large turnovers and occasional weekend coverage of public areas. Typical cleaning includes vacuuming, making beds, cleaning rest rooms and straightening/dusting. Must be able to see dirt!

Summer Staff:

Each summer 65 persons ages 15 and older join the year-round staff to implement the summer program. This is an exciting summer service in which each individual learns the meaning and value of truly sacrificial giving to others in the midst of a large spiritual family. Room and board are provided for summer staff as well as a weekly stipend.
