Summer Camps with Special Interests

The traditional camp experience of swimming, crafts and archery is a joy to any child. However variety is the spice of life and camp provides many options in addition to the traditional cabin camp experience. The following camps blend the traditional camp experience with a focus in a specific area. These vary from art and music to soccer to Bible study and service. We also offer a full schedule of specialty horse camps.

Worship Arts has combined all of the arts into one camp with special emphasis in four areas:
Campers will register for the area of their interest and will spend a significant part of each day developing their skills in that area. They will be in cabin groups according to age and gender and all non-specialty camp activities will be done in these cabin groups.

Clay, painting, mixed media, drawing, sculpture, and more will excite the young artist. Traditional summer camp activities, daily Bible study and worship, and lots of camp fun add to this unique camp. Limited enrollment.

Drama technique, Biblical dramatization and hands-on experience in acting and theater arts provide for a week of fun for all experience levels. Traditional camp activities, daily worship, and Bible study round out the schedule. Lodging in cabins.

Make God's Word come alive through discipleship and dance. Learn how to use dance and interpretive movement to glorify and honor God. Technique based skills (using primarily ballet and modern dance) will be taught. Music used will be Christ honoring. Lodging in cabins.

For campers who already know Christ and sincerely want to grow and be discipled in the Christian faith. A week of spiritual challenge and Bible study, complemented by an inner-city ministry trip, work projects, and adventure. Shelter Camp.

Co-ed sports skills training in multiple sports such as: soccer, basketball, volleyball, and ultimate frisbee. Daily scrimmages and a variety of fun camp activites make our sports camps something special. Our coaches will help you learn new skills and hone those that you already have. In addition to drills and training you get to experience many of our traditional camp activities like archery, horseback riding and swimming. Lodging in shelters.
