A deposit will be required to guarantee your reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon receipt of the deposit, a Covenant Agreement will be written and sent to the group leader. This Covenant Agreement is to be read carefully and signed, signifying your agreement to abide by Camp Hebron policies.

Common areas including dining room, game rooms, and visiting areas may be shared with other groups when adequate space is available for multiple bookings.
