General Rental Information Camp Hebron Camp and Retreat Ministry is a lovely venue for retreats, in-service meetings, church and family gatherings. Camp Hebron has a number of facilities that are available for rental year around as well as some seasonal facilities. Capacity in the summer is about 450 and during the winter is about 300 adults or 350 youth. Sylvan View Retreat Center has 35 motel-style rooms sleeping 4-5 persons each. This building also contains a dining hall, meeting rooms, and recreation room. Hillside Villa is another motel-style facility with 9 rooms sleeping up to 4 persons each. It also contains 2 meeting spaces and a kitchenette. Fern Glade Cottage contains 8 rooms with 4 bunks in each room, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen, meeting room and recreation area. Breezewood Cabins can accommodate up to 132 persons in 12 cabins each containing 11 bunks. Each cabin has a bathroom with a shower. More rustic, but fully screened in Breezewood Shelters can accommodate up to 64 people in bunks(two shelters can sleep 12 each and 5 can sleep 8 each). These shelters are not winterized and use a nearby bathhouse for showers and toilets. Privately owned cottages are also available for rent. Each cottage has several bedrooms, living area, kitchen, and bathrooms. Mountain View Campground has 37 sites, several with full RV hookups, several with electrical hookups, and several primitive sites. There is also a bathhouse, a lake with canoes, funyaks, and paddleboats. Mountainside Haven is a new addition to our available meeting spaces. It is located on Breezewood hilll next to the dining hall. A map of the grounds will show you where the facilities are in relation to each other.  Hemlock Center contains a full size gymnasium and a meeting area. Meadowview Stables is open for trail rides, riding lessons, horse drawn wagon rides, etc., and there are a variety of other recreational options including hiking on the Appalachian Trail, indoor and outdoor volleyball, basketball, tennis, swimming, and baseball. Climbing Wall and Challenge Course are available with prior reservations. Our Olympic-size pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Meeting facilities can be rented by the hour or day.
