Meeting Facilities
Various rooms are available for indoor meetings, as well as pavilions and bonfire circles for outdoor meetings. Fees are listed for day use. One meeting space is made available at no charge for overnight guest groups. Indoor meeting rooms can be setup as you desire with various equipment, including a podium, overhead projector, screen, piano, dry erase board, easel, TV/VCR combo, tables, and chairs at no additional cost. Also available for an additional fee are the Premium sound system and a PowerPoint projector. Outdoor meeting spaces may include some set up depending on the facility. Indoor Meeting Facilities
Hemlock Meeting Room
Located above the Hemlock Gym is a carpeted, air-conditioned meeting room that can accommodate approximately 50 people on chairs. Handicap accessible. Bathrooms located in gym downstairs.

Poplar Meeting Room
Located in Sylvan View Retreat Center, Poplar is a carpeted, air-conditioned meeting room that can accommodate approximately 100 people on chairs. This beautiful room's highlight is large windows/sliding glass doors that look out into the woods. Handicap accessible. Bathrooms located nearby. Poplar and Maple can be combined as you larger meeting space, accommodating up to 150 people.

Maple Meeting Room
Located in Sylvan View Retreat Center adjacent to Poplar Meeting Room, Maple is a carpeted, air-conditioned meeting room that can accommodate approximately 50 people on chairs. Poplar and Maple can be combined as you larger meeting space, accommodating up to 150 people. Handicap accessible. Bathrooms located nearby.

Mountainside Haven
Located on Breezewood Hill, this building can seat up to 200 people and has 3 separate meeting areas and a lounge. The White Oak Auditorium has a stage and state of the art sound system with dual projectors. Dogwood and Willow each have a 42" TV.

Creekside Meeting House
Located across the road from main camp, this building can seat up to 200 people and has the potential for up to 8 meeting areas and has a full kitchen. Aspen Auditorium has a small platform stage and an internal sound system with a drop down screen and projection available upon request. Birch and the evergreen Suite can intimately seat small-medium sized groups. Breakout space may be available.

Outdoor Meeting Facilities
Lakeview Pavilion
Located near the lake, the pavilion can seat approximately 100 people at picnic tables. Equipped with a fireplace and electricity, this pavilion is ideal for family get-together's, company picnics, and cookouts.

Pine Lodge Pavilion
Located in the Breezewood area, this pavilion has benches to sit on (tables available upon request). Pine Lodge is beautifully situated in the middle of a wooded area, providing an ideal setting for family gatherings and fellowship. Has electricity and a small bonfire ring (quarter of a burn barrel) for fires.

Outdoor Chapel
Located back in the woods behind the Breezewood area, the Outdoor Chapel is a bonfire circle, which can seat approximately 150 people on benches (amphitheater style). Behind the bonfire circle is a wooden cross, making this bonfire location a wonderful place to hold worship services. Great for large bonfires to roast marshmallows, sing, and fellowship.

Sylvan View Bonfire Circle
Located to the rear of Sylvan View by a small creek, this small bonfire circle can seat approximately 20-25 people. Serene wooded setting is ideal for small, intimate gatherings for family, friends, and co-workers.
