Hillside Villa

 

Hillside Villa features 9 comfortable, motel-style rooms each accommodating 1-4 people. A large living room with a fireplace can accommodate up to 20 people. A door from the living room opens to a nice deck where groups can enjoy fellowship outdoors. A meeting area with a kitchenette can accommodate up to 30 people. A larger meeting space is available in a separate facility if needed. Each room has a private bath. Linens are provided. Buffet-style meals are served in Sylvan View dining room.

This cozy facility encourages intimacy and small group discussions. Great for families, small group retreats, business planning retreats and more! Weekend Package Rates and Á La Cart Rates are listed below.

Weekend Package - Our best value! Includes 2 nights lodging, 5 meals, meeting room for your group, and access to our outdoor Olympic-size pool (seasonal), boating on our 3-acre lake (seasonal), reduced rates on horse rides, use of indoor and outdoor recreational equipment and facilities (a deposit may be required), use of tennis courts and volleyball courts, and hiking on camp trails including the side of Peter's Mountain and access to the Appalachian Trails. Room rates are based on at least 2 adults per room. Single occupancy rooms will be charged an additional $25/night.

A deposit will be required to guarantee your reservation and is non-refundable and non-transferable. Upon receipt of the deposit, a Covenant Agreement will be written and sent to the group leader. This Covenant Agreement is to be read carefully and signed, signifying your agreement to abide by Camp Hebron policies.

Before signing a covenant for rental space, please read carefully our cancellation policy.

Á la Carte Rates

Lodging: (PA state and local taxes apply.)

Deposit Required: $25.00 per room
Minimums may apply.
Room rates are based on at least 2 adults per room. Single occupancy rooms will be charged an additional $25/night.

A 25% midweek discount on á la carte lodging rates is given to adults staying in Hillside Villa anytime between Monday and Thursday. A 10% ministry discount on á la carte lodging rates is given to adults with ministries staying in Hillside Villa.

Meeting Room: May be included at no extra charge for groups renting lodging facilities.
