Camp Hebron serves nearly 47,000 meals annually from Sylvan View kitchen. Through a generous grant from the Clark Associates Charitable Foundation, we are now the proud owner of a Boilerless Convection Steamer. This new equipment shortens cooking time and energy usage. An added advantage is that steaming helps retain the high nutritional value of fresh foods. Children & adults alike have enjoyed Camp Hebron food for decades, and now it's only going to get better.

Foundation Director Randall McCarty noted that "Clark Associates Charitable Foundation was organized by owner and CEO Fred Clark for the purpose of giving back to the community that has helped the Clark Associates Companies be as successful as they are today. It is the Foundation’s mission to assist people in need and we are happy to have had the opportunity to assist Camp Hebron in upgrading the kitchen equipment used to support their programs.
