Wayne is the Northeast Regional Coordinator for the National Network of Youth Ministries, and Karen is the "unintentional author" of The Morgan Update: Please Forward. Wayne and Karen have been married for 16 years and have walked together through ministry stress, cancer, foster care and adoption. Wayne and Karen have three children.
