Program Event - Summer
If you cancel a summer camper's registration prior to May 1, all but the $50 deposit will be refunded. If you cancel between May 1 and June 1, all but the deposit and 50% of the remaining cost of the camp will be refunded. After June 1, there are no refunds, except for medical emergencies. Camp Hebron must receive prompt, written notice from a qualified physician verifying the camper's injury or illness for the week of camp for which they wish to cancel. No shows for any camp forfeit their entire camp fee. Children that are sent home for inappropriate behavior or homesickness are not eligible for a refund. This policy does not apply to summer Family and Moms & Tots camps. Camp Hebron reserves the right to make all final decisions and changes to this policy. Guest Group Covenant
If cancellation is necessary after a Guest Group Covenant has been signed, but before the Final Report (typically due one month prior to the event), the Guest Group will be responsible for 50% of the attendance for meals (if applicable) and lodging noted on the signed covenant, along with the loss of deposit. However, if cancellation occurs within one month of the scheduled event, the Guest Group is responsible for 90% of the attendance given on the Final Report or the original 50%, whichever is larger.
