Adventure and Trip Camps

For a week or weekend of thrills, learning and worship, choose one of our many adventure camps led by experienced staff. Participants will get the chance to attempt exciting, full adventures each day, enjoy delicious meals cooked over a fire and camp out in our tents or rustic shelters. Voyagers Canoe Adventure

June 13-18, 2010 Grades 9-12 $297/person

A week-long canoe voyage on the Delaware River designed for youth to experience primitive camping, great wildlife, teamwork, and spiritual growth. Youth will be given basic instructions in outdoor living and paddling skills with plenty of time to practice. Participants are required to take a pre-trip swim test at camp.

Alpha Adventure

A week of day trips to experience God and fellowship through canoeing, rock climbing, hiking, and the challenge course. Mornings and evening times are filled with traditional camp fun. Based out of Camp Hebron shelters.

Wilderness Trek Adventure - Backpacking

July 25-30, 2010 Grades 9-12 $297/person

Whether you are a hard core trail-lovin' hiker or a first-time backpacker, this trip is designed with you in mind. We will traverse rocky terrain, wooded areas, and flat stretches as we hike a 40-mile section of the Appalachian Trail from Caledonia State Park to Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania. Participants will carry everything they need for the week in their backpacks. Lessons in faith and spiritual growth will be emphasized daily with time for personal and group devotions and prayer.

Rock Climbing Adventure

August 1-6, 2010 Grades 9-12 $297/person

An opportunity for those who like the challenge and excitement of rock climbing to hone their skills at three different climbing areas in Pennsylvania as well as on our wall here at camp. Caving trip included. Participants will learn many skills including knot tying and belaying. Campers may participate in camp activities including daily Bible study and worship times. We will lodge at camp and spend three nights camping at Caledonia State Park.

Mountain Bike Weekend

Enjoy a weekend of racing through the woods on your bike laughing around a camp fire and worshipping with other bikers. Bring your own bike, helmet and parent, friend, or child for a weekend of great singletrack and fellowship.

Rock Climbing Weekend

A weekend of family climbing adventure. We'll climb at camp Friday night at the wall, then spend a night in the new shelters here at camp. Saturday we will travel to some great local rock. Fun challenges for everyone, first timer to expert.
